I liked it when we where attacking the teacher's. I learnt that the Roman Soldiers had to hold there shields in there left hand and there swords in there right hand.
I liked it when we charged to the other teachers and I especially liked it at miss Brown. I learned how to play a knuckle game the Romans used to play.
I liked it when we charged at the adults and i liked the bit when we got our shields into a tortoise.I learnt that there was a cold room witch the romans used to jump in quickly then clime out as quick then a slave will rap a towel round you the water was FREEZING.There was also a warm room witch you got a relaxing masarge the room was warm. There was a hot room were you sat in a hot bath with you mates and had a chat in the boiling water.
The knuckle game was a very intresting game especilly as we played it with(fake)knuckle bones! First you put one knuckle on your palm, then you throw it up into the air(not to high)and catch it on the back of your hand. After you've managed to do that you add another knuckle bone in and do the same BUT you have to catch both of them on the back of your hand. Next you do the same, adding another knuckle bone in and so on.
The best part about going to jubilee wall is you get to go there all day and you get to learn lots of facts and there is nearly ever thing about the Romans.
My favourite part was pretending to be a roman soldier. I found out that silentium ment, silence.

ReplyDeleteI liked the hunt around the museum.I didn't know that they hold their shield in there left and their sword in their right hand.

ReplyDeletei really enjoyed going around the buildings outside ,bathroom ,sewer, etc .i also learnt that there are roman remains over 1000 years old .
